Hey! SO i know i havent wrote on here for EVER (since Jan.)Look at that as a good thing..because everything has been going great for me :)My MRI's have been coming back better and better! My doc said that I only have go get a Mri every 3 months now.. instead of every other...:) which is amazing!! It was 2 years in may since my surgery.. We had a joined party for jesses birthday and my 2 years cancer free..Thank you everyone who came!! It means alot to us! What else.. my nephew Corbin is getting HUGE! He is full of smiles...and puke :)He is just so happy!!Today i went over to my sisters house..and we had yummy "ristorante isabelas"food.. Steph put corbin in the little jumper thing..omg that boy can jump..haha.Its always nice going over there! Hmmm.. what else... Jesse is doing all the training/etc. to become a firefighter.. which i am very proud of him..Thats a big step for him!!Hes an amazing guy..I couldnt ask for anything else.We have gone up to the cabin a few times and hung out up there with the family..going in the golf cart around tahuya..good times..Right momma? So i have just been working...working on the house with jesse..Ive been making signs with sayings on them..(wood signs)so if anyone is interested in one lemme know :) all profits will be to pay off my medical bills ;)Also i decided not to do the brain cancer walk this year.. its not that i dont support it.. its just that sometimes.. I hate thinking about BRAIN CANCER 24/7. Anywho,I will try to keep current with my blog :)

Hope everyone had a great holiday and new years! Christmas was really nice... seeing all my family in one place. and all the little ones grow up! i guess that means i am getting old..haha I made a chocolate pudding pie.. with butterfinger.. yummy! We played white elephant.. which was fun to play with everyone.. :) i ended up leaving with a picture frame..haha anywho then new years.. Jesse and I just worked on the house..we put up recessed lighting.. painting.. new doors..molding..ceiling fan..we were busy!!Jesse hurt his shoulder so he ended up getting surgery last monday, so he is recovering fromthat right now.. he has a sling on most of the time,and physicaltherpy 2 times a week.I hope it gets better!! Hmm what else.. My last MRI came back amazing by the way.. and today i had a port flush...(every month i have to get one) My next MRI is Feb.7th Sooo wish me luck! also my sisters babyshower is coming up at the endof this month.. i cant believe she is almost DUE!! Im going to be a Auntie! That lil man is gonna be spoiled! anywho stephanie is due march 7th.. and then its matts bday the 11th, mine the 12th, and then my dads the 13th.!!also Lukes is the 27th..and i know there are more march bday too.. so its gonna be a busy month!! Leah is going to be 3 in april.. se is getting soo big.. same with Danielle and Angel.. they sure have a personality..lemme tell ya. anywho everyone have a wonderful day and "*believe*"

Hey! I just wanted to update you guys.. since i havent written for A LONG TIME!! So I have been working at Cycle Gear in Auburn.. just part time though.. I still get tired easily! What else.. Ah Jesse bought me a klx 110 2006.. So i have learned to ride a dirt bike.. which i LOVE doing!! I have gone up to my parents cabin.. with Miss leah..my mom and dad! We went riding for HOURS~~ we had a lot of fun though! the weather was perfect. what else is new... hmmm Well i got BUNCH of "stuff" from a family member..everything is new.. purses..watches..sunglasses..earings..undies!.. and SOOOOO much jewerly!!! She got this stuff for me so i can start getting money for the brain cancer walk,and to pay my medical bills! So if anyone is interested please lemme know!! my email address is shelbymw21@msn.com . Well i had halloween at our house this year again.. which was nice.. my Mom annd Aunt kelly made RANZA. YUM! alot of people came over.. it was great seeing everyone! Well My last MRI came back AMAZING!! better than the last one... :) my next MRI is dec. 6th... so i will post and let u guys know how it goes... :) Jesse and i have been juicing again...(fruits. and vegies) Like we did after my surgery... it makes u feel soooo much bettter, good movie to watch "foodmatters" also i have been getting a vitamin C infusion every month too.. which makes u feel crazy good!! i also have to get a port flush every 4 weeks too..:) for someone not liking vegies... and needles.. i think i have sure done a 360... haha i guess u gotta do whatu gotta do!

Hey everyone,
Well lately i have just been working... and had angel one weekend.. and had danielle for a day.. and had leah this weekend! so ive been busy with the kids! SOoo My mri came back fine, they just had to check to make sure everything was GOOD! so they just double checked it. BUt everytihng is fine! SSOoo... what else.?! Im still selling my bracelets.. if u guys want one let me know and i can make u one... :) Hmm what else.. O i got my hair dyed... so its a little darker now.. cant wait till i can dye all my hair... :) today i had to get my port flushed.. so we went to SCCA and then went to Zoopas... eh.. wasnt that good... actually! oh welll..

Hey just thought id letcha know my MRI came back good! we were a little worried at first because when we looked at the MRI the lil dot in where my tumor was was really bright.. and so they jus wanted to make sure it wasnt anything... so they checked and everything is the same! so nothing has changed! thanks for praying and keeping me in your thoughts~ :) If u would like a bracelet ..let me know just email me at shelbymw21@Msn.com all bracelets are 8.00 and it goes towards my medical bills.. :)

Hey everyone!! so i have a MRI this monday.. so wish me luck! So whats new.. well I got a job.. I am now working at cycle gear, in Auburn :) Part time.. 10-2 monday-fri!I really like it.. BUT i get tired easily..so im glad im not working anymore! I merchandise, and sell there.. So if u ever need anything for your dirt/street/atv come and visit me! or if u just want some cute clothes.. they have it! So what else... Jeffery got a gash on his foot...he was chasing jesse on our little 50cc dirtbike.. (SMALL BIKE) haha and wellhe got his paw ran over.. so i took him to the vet and they wrapped him all up... and i put a sock over it.. poor boy.. but hes doing a lot better..:_)ahh... hmmmmm...O ya i sprained my wrist..i was trying to get into my vegie garden.. it has chicken wire around it..and well i \tripped and ya..fell right on my wrist...but its better now..:) Also i am still selling my bracelets so if u are interested let me know and i can show u more pictures of the new ones i have made...:) thanks for keeping up with my blog..it means a lot to me

Well I went to ALASKA with my uncle gayle.. :) i was there
for 4 days! it was soo much fun!! Thank you gayle for taking me... and spoiling me! It means alot takin me there!!! I was the first one to catch a fish... :) a king salmon! I already wanna go back... haha

brain cancer walk went good! better than i expected..Thank you everyone who joined.. and donated.. it means the world to me.. :) My Doctor,and nurse came and walked in my honor..:)thanks Carrie and Erica!! EVERYONE thank you soo much for everything!!

Hey everyone... its June 7th already! Well i had my MRI today..LaRae came with Jesse, and my momma..:) I got my port done on the first floor..and got my favorite nurse...she cracks me up.. she was talking about how Jesse looks soo cute..and said hes been working out :) haha also she asked if i got implants....HA i was like no!! she said well they are getting bigger..omg. i love that lady she makes me smile every time i have to get my port done.. and she is soo good at it too.

So We had the MRI on the 2nd floor.. And Jesse always comes in the room with me and holds my hand..so within like 15minutes of the MRI i noticed his eyes were closed..and my feet were by him..soo i kicked him..HAha and I got in trouble because i moved.. UGH the lady wasnt NIce at all.. but i was bored..and wanted to kick him while i was in the TUNNEL. (MRI) Anywho.. then they injected the contrast in me.. which taste yucky!! then another 15 minutes..... i almost fell asleep.

So when we got out.. We had to go and get my port de-axcessed (sp) and they did that on the second floor as well. so we had to wait 20 minutes because of the contrast they put in me to make sure im not havin any side affects from it.. SOOO we wait.. and this lady next to us is getting poked with a needle by this lady.. and she kept missing..UGH!!! this is whyi go to the 1st floor, they NEVER Miss!! any way this lady is like screaming because it hurts so bad.. and i am sooo thankful i did NOT get my port axcessed up here. Awhile back they missed like 4 times in my port.. ouch right into my tissue.. and its a BIG needle.

So Then we were waiting for the elevator.. and this lady we met had brain cancer as well and she gave me a sticker that says "fu** Cancer" ahh?! she was nice but seemed angry about her havin it.. but..u cant be angry.. because it is what it is u know?? u cant change it.

So then we went to the 5th floor to meet up with my doctor. today it was Carrie Grahmn, she is such a amazing doctor..she saw me getting my vitals done.. and she was like hey everytihng looks good!! and ill see u in a seccond! and that was just a big weight lifted off of my shoulders..so we met up with her.. they went over my blood work.. phosp. was a 1.3 Ah oo.... LOW!! but 2 weeks ago it was a 2.5 that gadtech really messed that up. Oh well now i gotta take a suplement again for awhile.

also my liver count was a little high... but it always has been.. they say i have a fatty liver?! but nothing to be worried about! SO.. We looked at my MRI and it was amazing...looking.. and only seeing my brain. and the hole where the tumor was. and nothing else! WE were all soo happy :) so in 2 months i will have another MRI :)

So we wanted to celebrate.. and get lunch/din so we drove to the speagetti factory.. and it was closed..aahhhh...dang so we went to the cheesecake factory.. YUMM our waitress was soo nice...we were messing with her and she was jus laughin the whole time. So what else...

We get to jesse and my house.. and my neighbor Neil came over with flowers... haha hes like 12.. i was like ahh.. such a sweetheart. He got me Lillys..they smell sooo goood!!!! THANKS NEIL. Then my other neighbor came over Laurie and was excited to hear the news as well.. we were in the backyard trying to catch the tadpoles i put in our pond.. we caught them at my parents cabin.. they were BULL FROG tadpoles.. and well i read about them and they eat fish...AHHH!!! i have goldfish in there soo jesse finally caught them, i gotta put them in a lake somewhere.

Well June 18th i am going to alaska!!! with my uncle gayle! i am sooo excited i am gonna be there for 4 days.. FISHING!! Its gonna be so much fun! im gonna be the only girl with all my family there.. so i gotta prove im not girly girl. :) THank you uncle gayle for taking me!! we are gonna have fun!

Hmm... Well my moms bday was june 4th we all went in and bought her a golf cart for her cabin she LOVES it! its soo funny to drive in it..goes super fast down the hills, and then crawls up the big hills.. i was laughing soo hard i was snorting. NO joke. We went fishing.. on the boat caught a rainbow trout.. about 11inches.. jus a baby and got some sun :) We had a good time up there everyone had a blast!!

Well everyone I hope that i see u on june 26th :) and thanks again for keeping me in your prayers... :) it means the world to me..

Hey everyone,
Well everythings been going good.. :) just been takin it easy still.. working in the yard.. which i love doing.. last weekend we went up to my parents cabin with Leah and they had a fishing durby (sp) i didnt catch anything.. but it was still fun. Leah had a blast... she wore herself out though. Then today was Brain cancer awareness at the mariners game :) it was fun i went with my mom, brother, and savanna.. Linds and her boyfriend were there also.. if you go onto facebook i h ave a lot of pictures :)Anywho.. The brain cancer walk is coming up soon.. :) I have raised over 3,000 so far.. This year I decided to take part in an event supporting a cause that is personally very important to me. I am thrilled to be part of the Seattle Brain Cancer Walk and I hope you'll join me in the fight against brain cancer.

my name is shelby Wedlund. I am 24 years old and was diagnosed with brain cancer last year in may.I had brain surgery and under went chemo and radiation. And a experimental drug called "gad-tech" i just recently got off of chemo and I am doing MRI's every two months to make sure that my glioblastoma isnt coming back.:)

On Saturday, June 26, 2010 I will be participating in the Brain Cancer Walk, . As part of this event we will raise funds to support brain cancer research and patient care in the Pacific Northwest.

Fighting brain cancer is truly a team effort. By joining me in this mission, we can help bring together those who care about advancing therapies for patients. The mission is clear to accelerate the development of treatments that will lead to a cure for brain cancer.

Each year, nearly 22,000 Americans - 1,200 in the Pacific Northwest - are diagnosed with a primary or metastatic brain tumor. With limited treatment options and a life expectancy of only one to two years, brain cancer is a frightening disease to face. Those directly and indirectly impacted by brain tumors are depending on us to help bring hope to their struggle.

Well i had my MRI yesterday and it all looked good. all my levels in my blood were pretty normal.. :) Thanks for all the prayers.... they mean alot to me. So whats new... My goddaughter turned 2! shes getting soo big. and Jesses been sick off and on... but he is getting better we think its the pollen in the air!!!

Hey everyone,
Well everythings been going good here.. I have a MRI next monday..which will be fun!My grandma Diane has been taking me to get a vit. C infusion ... she took me the fist time, and then jesse took me the second time. i am doing it once a week.. they put a butterfly needle in my arm and ta da! After i have the infusions i have SOO much energy. SERIOUSLY. Ahh... what else Well Jesse and i and Jeffery our dog went to my parents cabin on my brothers bday.. which was pretty fun.. :) got some good pictures of everyone.. haha Jesse had a cold.. and then i got it.. which it sucked. i am now jus getting over it. But anywho.. I want everyone to know that there is a brain cancer walk coming up in june well june 26th!! And i would love for anyone to come and join me!! I have a team.. called BELIEVE. if u go to www.braincancerwalk.org and go to team names.. i am there!! you have to register, is u wanna walk but if u dont want to walk then there is a spot where u can donate to the team believe!! and the more donations we get the better! its going to a great cause.. to find a cure!!! . Well I went and got bloodwork today, went alright.. they had to do it through my arm.. which is fine but the lady wasnt too nice. OO well. So they are testing for like everything.. and also i have to do a stool sample. Ya i said stool.. :)They want to make sure i dont have any intestion infection etc. so i have to get a sample of my stool 3 times.. and put it in these containers..HAHA. I betcha wanna know this. So anywho i have already done 2 of them...2 more to go :) Then i will bring them to the doctor.. and then they will check it out. Hm.. so i still dont know whats wrong yet. Well i have had bad heartburn now since i am not takin my antiacid. mainly at night.. it sucks. But its alright.. i can handle it. Oh and since i got WIFI i have been playing on my XBOX360..live. i downloaded a game.. and a show off it and went on facebook. I have to buy "microsoft points" though.. so i bought 1600 of them for 20 bucks. Not bad.. some stuff costs 200-800 points.(hint b-day gift) :) j/k So i was playing on that all night.. jesse laying on the couch by me.. passed out while i am geeking out on my XBOX360. haha.. Well i was playing pool on my xbox and "kitten" my cat jumped up and was trying to bat at the balls.. it was soo funny.. he was just watching them in awe! So that was my night. what else.. I have a babyshower to go to this weekend.. Anne buckley's. She is having a boy.. i worked with her at IkEA. I ordered some cute stuff from etsy online. love that place. Well anywho.. ill letcha know if anything comes up with my bloodwork and stool sample. Also im having a bday party at our house.. Friday the 12th.. so u are more than welcome to come by! :)

Hey everyone .. Well My MRI went well. When we looked at it.. there was just more scar tissue.. which is normal.. due to the radiation. I went to the UW instead of scca. The Mri machine was smaller.. so i felt a lil clastophobic...(sp) and i didnt take any medicine to relax me.. so i was tense at first.. but i got used to it. What else..I stoped takin my antiacid.. because i started to get a bad ache/cramp/burning feeling under my left lower rib area.. and it was messing with my tummy really bad. also i have been ichy.. and kinda have a yellow tint to me.. barley. but still. So i am gonna call my doc tomorrow, and see what i can do. What else.. My sis gets to find out whats shes having on my b-day.. March 12.. I think its gonna be a boy! Matts bday is the 11th, and my dads is the 13th. O and my brothers is the 27th! i am gonna have a bday party at jesse and my house so whoever is welcome to come! Friday the 12th around 6. BYOB :) if needed. well what else is new.??? ahh i got WIFI finally. this is why it has taken me so long to write back. i was getting it free.. from one of my neighbors.. and i think they finally got rid of it. so i had to FInally get it after almost 4 years. So now its fast.. Ah.. hmmm. jesse and ihave been working on the yard.. I have pulled soo many weeds.. its crazy when a year goes by.. how much ur yard can change. So We are getting it back into shape! My brother came over and cut a tree down.. and trimmed alot of our trees in the back.. it looks soo nice! Well i will letcha know what the doc says about my tummy :) Oh and i had leah last week.. she is getting soo bif i love her.. shes got a personality on her, and also i had Hayden today for a little.. she is getting so big, she loved all of my animals she was just laughin away.. and she likes beyonce' and lady GaGa .. she was dancing.. it was soo cute!

Hey everyone,
So I had my bloodwork yesterday.. went fine, jesse and i had to wake up early.. well for us 9am. i dont think we went to bed till 3?? So we were tired!!! When we got to SCCA it wasnt busy at all it was nice.. i wish it was always like that...makes it seem like everyone was getting better and didnt have to come here.. :) Well i got a lady for my blooddraw.. She kinda knew what she was doing she made me a little nervious.. she did the lidicane shot a lil too deep.. ugh..and well the other needle went fine.. Then she put this tape on me.. with gause to cover where she poked me. When we got to the car it was sore :( but its alright. Then Jesse and I went to Zoopas!!! yumm.. I actually ate pizza. i couldnt tell you the last time i ate pizza!! and pasta.. and ice cream.. yummmmm haha. Then we went home.. layed in bed and passed out. about 2 hours later i got woken up by ashley kennison :) We went to Ross, Tj max, and wallyworld :) I think i needed that we had fun.. we gotta catch up. Hmm Oh well valentines day was nice and relaxing. I woke up to roses and jesse giving me a kiss on my forehead. Hes such a good guy. Then we went to dinner at a mexican restarunt..YUM! then we rented a couple movies and relaxed...I think we both fell asleep on the couch haha. HMMMM.. What else??? Well I have been kinda gettin little headaches pressure.. Soo My mom called the doc and instead of the 22nd for my MRI i am getting my MRI tomorrow. just to make sure everytings fine. and less stress for me. So ill letcha know how it goes :)

Hey everyone,
Well This was my last month for my chemo.. and Truthfully I didnt take it.. :/ I was going to try to take it but i knew i was just going to throw it up. So i did not take it. I know.. I know i should have.. but it just makes me feel soo horible. I have not told my doctors yet... but it is what it is.. I dont want to be critisized.. u know. Its my body.. and i know whats right. But when i was supossed to take my chemo i was not feeling good at all either. My heartburn has been REALLY bothering me. I get it everynight.. in my lower and upper back.. so painful where theres nothing u can do.. it actually makes me cry sometimes.. i went to the docter and they said everyting looked fine.. with my ultra sound.. the only thing was my liver was a lil imflamed. they said its from takin so much medicine. So they prescrribed me a ULTRA antiacid... to i am hoping it will help.. they say it will hopefully kick in within a week. Thank goodness that this pill i gotta take isnt too big and doesnt taste funny. I couldnt tell you the last time i ate red sauce... pizza.. mexican food...enchaladas.. mmmmm.... SO i really cant wait till i can eat some normal food. Well what else has been going on.. I have been working on my backyard... picking up a bunch of branches..dog poop. haha Jesse worked on the front yard and we finally took the xmas lights down from outside ... haha ya.. a lil late i know ...Also i want to thank Steve and Dorlee for the card, and the "believe" notepad i really like it :) U guys are very thoughtful.. i appreciate it. Also Kelly thank you for my lil license with my name on it :) its by my bed.. its so cute thank again for everything!!!!! Oh and Jesse and i ate on the porch today.. its sure nice havin the overhang.. thanks kelly and gene.. Love u all guys!!

Hey everyone..

SO whats new .... hmm Well I went to SCCA on monday and my phosphorus levels are getting back up there.. they were around 1.1-1.5... Now its up to 1.9 so this is a good thing.. I have been taking more viti. D its suposed to help me absorb more phos. hmm.. Well I went to get my patch for chemo.. and Well it was 60 dollors.. for 1 patch. OMG.. i was shocked. my insurance started over so i have to meet a deductable.. so my meds are costing more right now... ugh oh well i guess if its helping me i need it right? Well This month should be the last month for me to take my chemo.. Im excited.. But not looking forward in taking it this month.. its like my body knows i am gonna take it.. and its hard.. because it makes me not feel so good. But i jus gotta remember that its gonna be my last month. So i should be starting it in the next couple days.. I have a MRI feb. 22nd... and some blood work at the beginning of the month.. so next month should be pretty easy. Jesses sched. should be changing soon.. instead of working 130-1100, he will be working 1030pm-7am. So he will have more of a day to do things. .And i will be able to have a normal sleeping sched. lately i have been staying up till 3....4 am. and not waking up till 1 or 3m in the afternoon.. haha I guess i like my sleep.. So i need to work on that. hmm well my hair is starting to grow back now.. its getting thicker looking.. but not where the scar is on my head.. luckily i part my hair on the side of my head... When i went to the doctors on monday i talked to one of my nurses.. and well she had the same tumor as me.. but hers was in the back of her head.. i asked if i could see her scar... and it looks like mine.. her hair didnt grow back where the scar was.. its crazy.. Oh well makes us unique right?? lol my hair is about a inch long where i lost it.. it came back dark.. .like my natural color... so i lucked out. I was hopeing it wouldnt be a different color.. or curly.. so right now it looks like i have a mullet. HAHA but whatever... i didnt want to shave my head. umm... well my sister gets to find out what she is having on my b-day... im thinking its gonna be a boy... i was hopeing for twins.. but not this time. im really excited to find out.. then i can start buying stuff for him/her. Well I will letcha know how my chemo goes.. Pray it goes well.. I havent thrown up for 2 months.. so lets make this month be the 3rd. Thanks everyone who reads this... it means a lot that u care.

Sorry i havent written lately.. i recently got facebook.. so i have been keeping up on that.. anywho my last MRI in dec. came back great. nothing there but my brain haha. But my phosp. is still not up to par. its supossed to be a two.6 my computer isnt wanting to type certian number.. ugh.. ""i think its time for a new computer"" anywho my phos. is suposssed to be a two.6 and mine is a one.5 so its low... so we went to the kidney doctor and he said that my kidneys had gotten damaged from the gadtec.. but only with the phos. absorbing.. they said they should heal themselves.. so we will see in time u know. so i am still taking a suplement to keep it up. what else... oh i have a cold right now and it sucks.. im all congested and sore throat.. no fun.... I think i got the cold from the "bouncy place" i took angel and danielle to a bday party.. ages 5, and seven. and well lemme tell ya there were too many lil ones runnin around with germs infested sneezing.. ew... ya i tried to sanatize all i could but i guess it didnt help.. also Angel got sick too.. so i have been laying in bed for the last days just feeling like crap..luckily my bed is comfy and i have a tv to watch in there... also my momma made me homemade potatoe soup... mmmmmm soo yummy so i am filling up on that. what else.... hmm well i took my chemo for last month.. and i only have one more dose to take YAY.. " but last month was kinda a hard one.. one day i felt so sick i actually didnt even take my chemo because i knew i was gonna jus throw it up.. NO FUN i am very excited to not have to take chemo anymore.. i hate feeling like u have to throw up all the time.. and jus worn out.. Well what else.. Jesse and i painted a bedframe and tv holder we got from my sis.. it looks really cute. im suprised it all fit.. its Big furniture.. ahhhmmmm.... i got pulled over in my truck because i guess one of my headlights was out and taillight.. i didnt get a ticket at least.. our truck has a issue with the lights.. lol i jus turned the truck off and then back on and they were fine.. Chevys.... Well My next MRI is in feb. the end of the month... so wish me luck.. i also have a few appointments for my blood work.. they wanna make sure that im keeping up on all my levels.. if u guys have any questions u want to ask me go for it if i left anything out k.. im trying to figure out why its not letting u guys post anything.... so bare with me.. thanks again everyone. OH and my christmas was wonderfull.. couldnt be better.. i got everything i wanted... and just a laid back xmas.. i got a cancer necklace also from jesse... white gold quarter carrot necklace.. sp. and also my grandpa gary and joanie came up for xmas.. and christy and darnell.. my dads side of the family came up to visit... it was really nice to see them as well..

Hey everyone,

so Lately i have been getting Xmas shopping finished.. and just relaxing.. ive been pretty tired the past two weeks. So whats new.. well my phosphorus was low AGAIN. figures right? Well my doctors say they havent EVER seen it this low before in anyone (1.1).. Soooo.. i had to get on some suplements. so i take it 2 times a day... Also they think since i did the Gadtec.. it may have done somthing to my kidneys.. so my body wont absorb phosp. So i went to the doc's at the UW and had to do a blood test and a urine sample. When i met up with my docs' they said they havent heard from the kidney doc' but my phosp. went up to a 2.0.. which is a lot better than 1.1. Normally ur level is supossed to be a 2.5 or higher.. so i am getting there. Umm... Monday the 21st is my MRI... :) and blood work.. and meet up with my kidney doc.. YAY sounds fun huh.. luckily they let jesse in when i am getting my MRI.. he holds my hand and keeps me calm while i have to lay there motionless for 30 min. Hmm.. OO and i am going to be a auntie :) im soo happy for stephanie and matt.. im excited.. i have already bought the baby stuff. and we dont even know the sex of it... haha Well my hair is starting to grow back where they did the radiation.. its prolly about a inch long in that spot... :) its like baby hair.. so soft and not damaged by me dying it.. haha they say sometimes it will come back a differernt color... or come back curly.. lol luckily mine didnt.. well so far.. Ummmm... we are having Xmas at my parents this year.. it will be nice.. i cant remember the last time the whole family was at my parents.. :) i will be making cookies :) ahh... what else O i had danielle and angel i think last friday we had a girls night.. we did gingerbread houses... and they played in "there" room at my house.. and oh goodness.. they cracked me up. dolls everywhere... stuffed animals... clothes everywhere.. it was fun i think they stayed up giggiling till 12. Well i got to see my goddaughter today.. lemme tell u she is such a doll her laugh could brighten my day any day! she was dancing... jumping up and down.. falling and jesse and i were jus laughing.. i gave her her xmas gift.. it was a moose stuffed animal and a book about a moose eating a muffin.. ya its actually really cute she loved it. she was trying to read it to her momma. well anyways i will letcha know how my MRI goes.. and maybe i will have some pic's of it.. :)

hey everyone :) well today is black friday.. did i wake up early to get some good deals?? Nope haha i like my sleep tooo much. So thanksgiving was nice.. i got to see my family... and jus relax and eat my mashed potatoes.. and my stuffing :) O dont forget my chocolate pudding pie YUMM Thanks judy for all the hard work in youre cooking ... everything was amazing it was good seeing you.. Well tonight i start my chemo.. i am not looking foward to that but i just dont think about it till i have to do it... well i try.. So this time i will be trying vanilla wafers to take my pills.. haha ya i know im weird but i cant swallow pills worth crap. So soo far i can no longer eat banannas... ganolia (SP) bars... fishie crackers.. and now its gonna be vanilla wafers...maybe i should do it to the food thats not good for me.. like ice cream haha.. that chemo makes me not like certian food its weird... Well what else is new..... I have a MRI coming up in december so pray for a clean slate :) also i have to take a kidney test.. to make sure that they are absorbing my phosforus... its just a urine sample.. nothing crazy. Ohh and MY sister is prego!!! Im going to be a auntie :) im really happy for them.. i have already ordered clothes for the baby.. haha.

so turkey day is coming up im really excited because i get to see my family i really dont get to see often. Jesse ended up getting thanksgiving off im really happy because he usually has to work. So we will go to judys house (my moms aunt) and then afterwards go to Jesses dads house mike. So i better be hungry :) Friday i will start my chemo again for 5day.. so wish me luck and it goes well with me feeling wonderful :) and not icky... thank god for those antinausia patches and pills.. i dont know what i would do with out them. Well not much else is new... I got a facebook.. lol but otherwise nothing.. i am doing a game called farmville.. ya my brother and his girlfriend are beating my butt on it.. whatever.. j/k So i will write more after thanksgiving to letcha know how everything went :) thanks for following up on me guys..

Hey everyone so halloween went really well thanks for everyone who showed up i really appreciate it. The raunza was mMmmm... goood. Thanks momma for makeing them. Everyone wants the recipe.. So what else.. i took my chemo this month.. i actually felt fine with it this time... besides the ocasional thowing up.. but it was only when i was tryin to swallow my pills. hmm.. what else luke brought me over some some about ahh 2 riks? haha so we have been haveing fires everynight. its really nice totally different heat. the animals really like it. hmm.. O i cleaned the 2 spare rooms in our house..lemme tell ya i didnt know how much crap i had haha i think i brought over 4 bags jus to the goodwill and like 5 garbage bags to the dump. but it looks ooo so nice now. CLEAN!!! not much else has been going on... i have jus been livin day by day.. i think i am goin to start to paint our living room soon.... it will give me somthing to do :) well my MRI came back good so i have jus been enoying knowing nothings there....but the brain :)

i thought id letcha know my mri went AWESOME! it came back better than my first MRI. the only sucky thing was the people on the 3rd floor of SCCA dont know how to axcess my port. SO i ended up getting poked 7 times. 6 times in my port and one time in my arm. One lady poked me in my muscle... ouch! hmmm... what else I got to see tracy and her husband at SCCA. shes a special lady i met while i was doing radiation... her husband has lukemia.. but he is doing awesome! Hes a trooper for sure!!! Well thanks again everyone for prayin and keeping me in your thoughts :)

Hey everyone thanks for reading my blog still.. lol so the last week i have actuallly had a cold. ugh.. stuffy nose... sore throat..Jesse and my mom have been taking care of me. I have been sleeping alot. They say thats good because your body heals when u are asleep. so that is what i have been doing. My mom got me a bunch of medicine and caugh drops and a vaporizer.. and some zapor rub.. which helped alot. and jesses been giving me vitimans and making sure the house is clean. They have been a real big help for me. THANK YOU! hmmm.. what else well my mom, sis, Leah, and Tatum went to costco and i bought lil tate a dress and leah a outfit. they had a blast there.. all the samples.. and toys I think we were there for a few hours...literally. I decorated for halloween... it looks pretty good :) what else... Oh crystal and I went to mexican food for din din and it was really yummy. Then we went to the goodwill :) haha ya we had fun we actually found a couple peices of furniture for crystal. luckily i had the truck. It was filled to the rim with the furniture.... haha Then when we got to crystals house we had to unload it.. well she did.. i couldnt because of my recent surgery of my appendix. so luckily it all fit. We had fun.. but i think thats where i got my cold... Goodwill.. haha and crystal got a cold too.. weird. maybe it was the clean smell in there?! ew. Well halloween is coming up and Family dont forget we are making raunza at my house. :) jus text me and or call my momma k if u can come :) Thanks for all the support everyone.. i will be starting my chemo again... :( yuck but my MRI is coming up so pray for a clean slate... only my brian to be in there... :)

Hey everyone well i totally forgot to tell u all about the fun night at the lovely playmore! So we ended up going there around 4ish.. Jesse ended up not being able to come because of his work.. but Linds was my date :) So everything went good :) People were wantin to buy me drinks but i dont drink so they were buying me pulltabs :) by the end of the night i won $250!! Also i got a signed football with tony romo, and Terell Owens signiture. Everyone there was soo nice and giving i met alot of people. Thanks pier and siandy.! Everything went awesome! So they ened up earning 7200.00 :) THANK YOU!!!

SO i ended up haveing to get my appendix removed. Jesse took me and and i had to drink this orange flavored drink which was oo soo yummy..NOT it was icky! i had to drink a full cup. so then i got my CT scan.. which was weird because they inject this dye in u and it makes ur whole body warm from ur head to your toes. it actually feeels like u are peeing your pants when they inject it. haha it only last 1min though. So then we had to wait for the results and then the doc called us on the phone and they made a appoint. for my surgery. So i called my mom and told her and she came down with my aunt tara. I was not looking forward to gettin another surgery but i knew i could do it with the support. so We waited in the waiting area for a good half hour.. then they called jesse and i back. Tara got me some slippers to wear. so They brought us in a lil room and i had to change into the lovely hospital clothes. Then they xtarted to pump fluids in me. while jesse and i were waiting we said a prayer for everyone to look after me while i was in surgery. Then the doc's pulled me away and i remember waking up all droggy and seeing Jesse, sami, my momma, my dad, tara, stacy, and greg, and joel. It was very nice of everyone to come and see me :) So everyone started leaving... then jesse and i were watching tv. My arm though was hurtin soo mad they say that happends because the air gets in ur body and messes with the diafram and your brian thinks its ur arm but its reallt not. So my poor jesse had to sleep in a metal chair all night right next to me. they wouldnt give him a bed or anything.. how rude.. he didnt get much sleep but i sure thought it was reallly sweet of him. so when it woke up i moved over and let him lay on the bed with me and lemme tell ya he passsed out when he got on the bed...he needed some rest. So jesse and i watched about8 movies while we were there... haha he really took care of me.. getting me water.. us goin on walks in the host... and jus being there for me. thanks jesse :) So when we finally got to go home jesse drove me home very slowly.@@ When we got home the animals were all happy to see us they wouldnt leave us alone. My mom brought over her famous potatoe soup.. YUMMM i ate some of that with sourdough bread :) Thanks momma! oh ya and thank you very much for my bracelett and earrings too :) love u momma and dad :) so now i am just relaxing at home i have been very sore lately. Jesse has been a huge help. He has been doing everything for me :) hes my other half thats for sure. My mom, sis, and luke are sick so i havent really got to see them that much but better to stay away from me so i dont get sick ya know.... :) o so how they did the surgery is through my belly button... a cut on my left side of my tummy and below my belly button... ew! i dont even like thinkin about it. but thats how they did it. OH and today i went to get my blood taken today from SCCA they lady poked me in the wrong area... lemme tellu i was crying it hurt soo bad. they had a nother lady come and finish... Well love u all very much and thanks again for everyone helping me out especially u jesse :)

So yesterday i was hanging out at my parents house and we were drinking tea and apple cider.. and about 30min later my tummy started to hurt i thought it was just heart burn so i took some tums... and then went home with a lil upset tummy. So i walked on my treadmil for 30min.. then laid in bed to watch some tv and that was when my tummy started to really hurt! it felt like burning everywhwere..so i decided to take a bath to see if it would help.. NOPE! it was gettin worse.. then i threw up....so i finally called jesse and he came home.. and my mom came over to our house as well. This was about 1:30 in the morning.. So finally i took a pain killer and it helped with the pain.. So my mom left and jesse and i passed out. Then in the morning i woke up and my right side of my stomach was still hurting but not as bad as last night. so we ended up makin a doc appointment. so my mom and I went... it took forever! they came to conclusion that where it was hurting when she was pressing on my stomach it could be my appendix or my overies??!! so tomorrow we will get my CT scan and find out :)

Hey everyone so i am taking chemo right now.. 270mg. its 2 pills.. i am almost 3 days down :) dont ask me how i am swallowing them but i have been. So they gave me a patch to wear on my arm for the antinausia.. its been helping actually. So today i woke up to my dogs whinning so i thought around 7 this morning and so i looked out the window and there was a brindle pitbul with clipped ears.. omg.. total fighting looking dog. He was trying to get out of our yard. So i freaked out because i was thinkin about our dogs.. and they pushed the fence out so they were gone!!! We had another dog in our yard. so we drove around and finally found our dogs.. haha but the pitbul kept comin back to the front yard. Then i hung out with my friend lindsey D. And i helped her docorate her house. Then we went to dinner. So now im home waiting to take my chemo... yay.. so not much has been goin on with mw just been relaxing.... still sleeping alot..after chasing the dogs down i slept till 2! so i have been catching my ZzzZzz....

well i just wanted to let everyone know that my MRI went awesome :) it came back perfect. They didnt see anything growing. I still have a hole in my head where the tumor was but nothings there :) I am SOoOooo relieved! but guess what my phosphorus is low again. gr... so now i have to take med. for that aGaIn! And also i start my chemo on sunday night. So i just want to thank everyone who was there for me and prayed and still are praying for me. Thanks everyone! im a lil tired today so i will write more later but everythings good with me right now :) no tumor growth :) nothing@!!!

Hey everyone i just wanted to letcha know i am getting my mri tomorrow in the morning. Im actually pretty nervious. There gonna see if anything grew back and just how everything's looking. So jesse, my mom, sherry, and Tara are going tomorrow :) Givin me all the support I need. I will be taking chemo again.. but only for 5 days out of the month. which is better than everyday that i was doing before. SOoOo.. tomorrow i will letcha know that the doc says :) any who... everything else has been going fine.. i have been takin it easy going to my parents house for din everynight... and just RELAXING! Last night Tara, Jesse, Mom, sherry, kim, Jessica, katie, courtney, and todd went to the casino :) It was nice seeing everyone. We had dinner there which was wonderful :) Thanks momma! I played blackjack with courtney and todd... i got $15 and quit lol. Thank you sherry for a good night also :) She Won some $$ !! It was very relaxing, it kept me from thinkin about my MRI for awhile :) So i will letcha know tomorrow about it k :) thanks for keepin up on my blog... I have been slacking lol Sorrry!!!!!

So lemme just say THANK you!!!! To everyone that came out and suported me at my auction thank you soo much!! So the grand total of donations and everthing came to a sum of $18,178.00 HOLY CRAP! I cant be thankful enough for everyone who helped put this fundraiser together for me.. if it wasnt for u guys i dont know what i would have done.. Thank u everyone who donated and just the moral support as well really means the world to me :) The auction and fundraiser came out beautiful the good was great... baloons.. flowers... it was everything i could imagine.. plus more it was so nice of everyone to do this for me... thank you! Hello everyone,

Sorry i havent written for awhile... ive just been relaxing and enjoying my days off from the chemo and radiation. So what have i been doing... hmmm... Layin in bed relaxing... goin to my parents house and hanging out... and just enjoying the days with jesse. On saterday was my sis engagement party which was a lot of fun :) So lemme tell ya my present i got her i got from Laura and Danielle.. They came over to my house with this little kitten... He is soo cute! but of course i couldnt keep him i already have a zoo at my house. SoooOoo.. I called matt and asked him if it was okay for steph to get another kitten.. and he was not going for it at first but then he gave in for the kitten.. so when i got to steph's house i had the baby kitten in a bag and handed it to her and she was like omg.. i cant have a kitten.. but then she was all excited.. :) His name is Arthur. he is such a loving lil kitten. So other than that the party was very fun :)hmm what else.. Oh my goddaughter came over omg.. she is succh a doll.. u ask her to show u her teeth.. so she smiles.. then u say lemme see ur mean face and she makes the most funniest face ever its soo cute!! and she laughs like a monster.. haha she is gettin soo big. Then also danielle came over and she put on her beautiful spain dress and was posing for me.. she is beautiful! shes got a personality on her for sure. So ya other wise i have been feeling okay.. i still am not 100% some days i still feel sick.. but i gotta stay strong :) anywho sorry for not writtin every day :)

So today jesse and his dad took me to my doctors appointment, and radiation today :) We had to be in seattle at 9:30 so we had ta wake up early. So i have been havin problems with my port not wanting to get blood takin from it but it worked today :) So that was one less thing i had to worry about. also 2 days ago i got a infusion of phosphorus since ive been low and that took about 3 hours for that to get in my body... ya it sucked but i had to get it done. today they checked my phosphorus and it went down a little bit so i need to keep on drinking my med. intill that gadtec is out of my system. Other wise everything else looks good. I have 1 more day of radiation... :) and then i stop takin my chemo for the whole month of august. then only will be takin chemo for 5 days a month. :) So i am pretty excited about gettin a normal routine down again.. and not goin to seattle everyday! what else... Oh the radiation is going good :) the onlt bad thing is its makin my forehead DARK.. like really dark.. it looks like i have been only tanning my upper half of my head.. haha all i can do is laugh.. they say its normal but because of my skin.. i get dark easy anyway they said i am just gettin reallly dark. Then i had a blister on my head and it popped and so i have a really white spot on my head... :) oh well what can i do. it will all go away sooner or later..

Hey everyone just thought id letcha know how im doing :) So friday i went for my blooddraw my red and white cells are lookin good normal. and Also my kidney and liver functions are good also. The only thing that was low was my phosphorus. The gadtec totally wipes it out of ur body so i have been takin 3 pills a day to try to get it up. phosphorus basically helps ur body with ur joints, and also it can make u shakey and make ur eyes twitch a little if u are low. kinda weird huh?? anywho this weekend went very well :) I hung out with my friend Oksana on saterday. Which was nice. Then Jesse and i on sunday relaxed and went out to lunch and just had a good day. later that day a couple of our neighbors came over and we just hung out. Then i took my chemo.. and my tummers got upset.. and i threw up :( but i felt better after i did.. not sure why i did but whatever... Then today my mom took me to my radiation, it went well we actually met an older man that just had brain surgery and is just startin to do raditaion... he had the same tumor as me. crazy... my mom said he gave her a hug while i was doing radiation and said him and his family will be keepin me in there prayers :) So everyone keep him in ur prayers as well :) so we were heading home and then the car was on empty so we stopped at a gas station and i got us some goodies that made our tummies upset! haha i got us to large pops, chips, chocolate peanuts and a butterfinger :) yumm... then when we tried to get onto the freeway we almost got on the wrong way headin to seattle again so my mom backed up and we went the right way then :) well kinda haha we ended up goin though renton...long story short we made it home :) love ya momma :) we did get lunch and stopped at a lil boutique place which is soo nice.. right by the maple valley food produce place. anywho thanks for reading everyone and thank you everyone who has been suporting me though all this :)

So last Thursday night i decided to opt. out of the gad-tec. I decided to because my blisters on my fingers were gettin soo bad that i could barley pick anything up. So i told my doc's and they said that it was totally fine. It was just something extra that i could do to maybe help it out a lil more but it was experimental so they dont even know if it does help. but ya so i am not doin it anymore YAY! I am feeling a lot better now since i havent been takin it.. but I have a blister in my mouth and on my forehead. Its a side effect from gadtec. But my fingers are starting to get better they arent as sensitive as they used to be. so what else.. we had jesses bday party last weekend on sat. It went really well, alot of people showed up it was really nice :) thanks everyone for bringing stuff as well it really helped out.

So today my Grandma Diane took me to check out wigs.. at first I was kinda weirded out about it but then when we got to the shop we found the perfect one. its cute its chocolate brown and about as long as my shoulders. Its made of real hair also.. its very beautiful and it looks good :) So we did that today and then Jesse and I ordered some bark for the backyard.. so Jesse did that today he barked the whole backyard... lemme tell ya it looks soo nice. He worked soo hard on it tooo.. and then he went to work afterwards too. He's gonna be so tired by the time his bday party even comes. So what else... Tara is staying with me tonight she brought me to radiation today and then we ordered food from Isabella's the itallian resturant in covington.. YUM we got margerita pizza.. salad... and cheesecake and tirimusu. We are sooo full !!! Thanks tara again :) And then we let the mutts out and they love tara so much that they wouldnt leave her alone and they were jumpin on her and made her hurt her back ..... dogs :( they just cant get enough of her.. anywho we are just relaxing now watching tv ... so have a day everyone-

Hey everyone so my weekend went really good :) A lot of my family stopped by it was nice seeing everyone. Kelly and Gene came over and built Jesse and I an over hang from the house. That was soo nice of them to do that.THANK YOU!!. They came over, along with alot of other family and friends. So i am in my 4th week and everything has been going well.. besides the hair loss and i am starting to get blisters on my fingers from the gad-tec... sucks but hey if it helps out in the long run then so be it. So Not much is new just been keepin strong, And going day by day :) thank you everyone who has been keepin up on my blog....

So today was a good day!I got to sleep in.. even though i slept till 8:30.. gotta relax pay a couple bills and eat a muffin in morn. So i got jesse up around 11. then he got ready and we went to jamba juice..yummmy... Those are soo good.. So I only had to do radiation today... Soo that means that today Tara took me and we only had to leave around 3 to get to the UW. And it took like 5 minutes :) So after the radiation we went to this wonderful beba's world cusine.. OMG its sooo good. They have the best mexican food.. and for a good price. I would say best food ever. they had like mexican food, sandwiches, and pasta... its crazy but seriously its a good place u guys should try it.. its been open for about a week now they said its by REI in seattle, right across the street. Enough about food.. haha other than that today hasw been going good. Tara and i are just relaxing at my house right now watching tv.. OO well one thing thats kinda sad is that my hair is finally starting to fall out now... so now i am debating on what to do with it.. Maybe i will cut my hair a lil shorter.. but i am just not sure yet... It may sound selfish but i think this is actually harder then turning green, and having the actual surgery. im a girl i think hair is just hair u know its like loosing a arm or somthing.. i dunno.. Well I gotta look at it this way i am healthy and i am doing it to get better. :) anywho yay for the weekend :)

So today my Sister took me to REI and to this wonderful resteraunt that had mexican food.. sandwiches.. and ittalian food. it was SOOO good. So today went really well. I have gained a couple pounds though haha they have me on steriods right now to help with the gad-tech. So it makes me HUNGRY :) Oh well i gotta take advantage of it. So yesterday my doctor gave me a lil too much benadryl and it Passed me out, i slept all day.. no joke my dad spent the night and he had to wake me up cuz i was out. So i have a new way in takin my pills... I have been eating bananas and then takin the pills.. it makes it actually alot easier. So tonight stephanie and I have been moving around things in the house and cleaning up stuff. She tried on a wedding dress tonight and she looked beautiful :) my momma came over also and looked at her too.. I am really excited for her. Well i have been feeling pretty good today i think its cuz i have been sleeping a lot the last couple days.. And also i wanna say thank you to my costco family for always bringing me food and treats over.. it means alot to jesse and i and we really appreciate everything!!!! Oh and also everyone Jesse's bday is coming up so whoever is welcome to come over for a potluck on july 18th its a saterday and it will be around 5-ish. byob if needed :) he is turning a big 26!!! happy birthday babe!

So yesterday for the fourth Jesse and I got to hang out and just relax. My neighbors had a BBQ and Owen, Molly, Brian and his girlfriend came over as well. We all just ate some food and talked and talked haha. Our neighborhood is crazy when it comes to the 4th. We have like 5 neighbors that compete with eachother so there is never really a dull moment. We had a good time last night though.. So 2 weeks down now with my treatment! yay!! only4 1/2 more to go... :) Yesterday i was feeling pretty good just lately have been kinda a space head.. the radiation makes me kinda feel BLA some days.. but it goes away. Starting tomorrow i will only be getting the infusion 3 times a week instead of everyday! So i am HOPEING that it will make me feel alot better.. not soo pukeeey feeeling. So monday wed and fri will be the only days i have to do the gad tec stuff... I will still have to do the radiation everyday still though.. but its all good. :) Hmm.. what else is new.. Nothing much really actually just been relaxing and just enjoying my days off from everything... execpt the chemo... which has been hard for me to swallow the last couple days... grrr... last night i had to open the pills and take it with chocolate syrup. yum... NOT! my throat has been sensitive with swallowing things... so i have been getting pretty creative to try to take my pills... anyway everyone have a wonderful day and i will write more soon :) thanks everyone for the support.

Hey everyone, Sorry I havent written for a few days. I have had a lot going on sunday/monday i wasnt really feeling the best and monday i actually had to have my aunt and mom pull over when they were driving cuz i threw up everything. I know gross sorry. Then when i got home i was shivering and had a temp. of 102.2 My mom went and got me some liquid tylonal to help with it and we had to call my chemo doc. Everything ended up being fine.. one of m nurse's forgot to give me some of my anti-nausia med and that could have been why i didnt feel so well. So then tuesday i was feeling a lil better they gave me some more med Stephanie stayed with me tha night and we had a good time. Travis, Owen, and molly stopped by and we got to talk to them for hours. O and also stephanies fiance' matts brother daniel came over as well and got me a present OOO and same with molly and owen :) Thank u everyone i really appreciate it a lot. And today i feel wonderful. Sherry took me today and i had my infusion of the gad-tech at 11. Then after that we went to victoria secret and got me a couple goodie's from there.. Then we went to radiation around 3ish and then met up with my radiation doc to just talk to see how things are going and they said so far everything is going well.. Then we had to meet up with my chemo doc.. That was when it took forever!! we had to wait a hour to see her... so we ended up not even leaving till like six from the UW. Lemme tell ya i was tired . Sherry got us a coffee so it helped out a lil :) I have 3 days off this week yay!! This fourth of july is jesse' and my 5th year anniversary!!!! yay! Im not really sure what we are gonna do.. but anything with outdoing with treatment would be fine.. just hanging out with my hunners :) Well Thanks everyone for checkin in on me :):)

Well hello everyone thanks for reading up on me i appreciate it. today went pretty well with the chemo, radiation , and infusion. My mom and dad took me today. We got to meet up with my chemo nurse Carrie, and talk about some side effects that i have gotten from the gad-tec. So a couple things that i have is that the tips of my fingers go numb and they are sensitive to cold and hotness. Same with my lips and the tip of my nose ?! And also my hips and legs are achy.. I feel like a old lady.. haha But i am gettin more medicine for that.. to try to fix it. If not they might have to put me on some steriods...But im hopin not :) Hmmm.. what else so my brother and savanna took me out for din din tonight to taco time yummy.. i love that place. we ate and tried to get my medicine.. but they said they would have to order it so i my fingers and lips are gonna be tingliee till like monday.. So luke spent the night and passed out early, so savanna and i stayed up watching movies and tryin to keep my dogs from not freakin out from the fireworks.. lemme tell ya jeffery is so scared of them... i feel bad for him. So right now its almost 12 and i am starting to get a lil tired... I have the weekend off from EVERYTHING!!!! well except the chemo at least im excited.. I get to hang out with my boytoy finally. My Aunt dorlee and uncle steve got me a necklace, a healing necklace handmade just for me, the braclett has quam yin on it. she is the goddess os healing and compasion. and the pocket angel was givin to me from them from my grandma...it supossed to protect me :) Thank you soo much for all the very genourios jews u have givin me :) love you guys I wear the braclett everyday and rub the pocket angel all the time.. it gives me hope... thank you

So i know this has nothing to do with what im going though but i thought it was very nice and thoughtful of my sister to do this.. This ring here is the ring she got me for my 16th b-day. And i alwayd wore it.. Well when jesse and i were mixin motor mix i forgot to take my ring off.... this ring looked like crap.. it wasnt shiney... or anything now it looks brand new :) thanks stephanie again for the clean ring and the mints :) love you !

So As u can see in these pictures i am kinda a hue of green. That is the port that is in me.. Thank g goodness i have this cuz if not i would be in a lot of pain. I have been going all day waking up... getting ready for a long day. Today my aunt tara took me. We got there right on time. When we were at the cancer care allaince center They got us in right away. The put us in our own room and we have our own kitchen of food of what we want :) so we both had macaronni yummmy:) So today they were late with my gad-tec so we had to wait an extra half hour at the radiation center. The gad tec today made the tip of m fingers tingle.. kinda hurt and also i am Very sensitive to light. Oh and they made me take some steriods today to help with that. It actually work for awhile. So Then tara and i went to the radiation doctor and then we had to wait so we went to the cafe. She got me some fruit :) it was yummy. So today in the radiation room i had them put a smell on my nose like today they did orange smell.. When they do rasiation to ur brian sometimes it does something with ur smells and u smell a weird smell like almost sulfer.. So ya every time i go and get it done i can pick a new smell... Something i get to look forward to. It only is for about 3 min. the radiation... its really fast but it sure wears me out thats for sure. Tara brought a pillow and i passed out from seattle to home :) Thanks tara :) Also today i ran into a girl that is 17 and she is from alaska they moved up her for her treatment.. she has caner in her muscle tissues actually shes been doin it for 6 months shes a beautiful stong women. O!! and also my mom and aunt yesterday talked to this nice lady that her husband has kids luikemia..... It was his first day for radiation... she gave be a big hug and said to stay strong.. she gave me a lil metal angel.. she said she has been caring it for a long time and said i should have it.. it made me cry actually i was very happy... i gave her a hug and said Thank you. thank you. When i got home my mom and dad and dodi from costco stopped by. Thank goodness for them they bring me so much yummy food for me i swear they want me to get fat or somthing :) Thanks everyone for thinkin about me i think about u all the time :)

Well today went well.. I took my chemo last night. My sister, and my aunt sherry took me today. We went to the seattle cancer care alance place first for my gad-tec. Then Sherry took us out to lunch to red robin. Which was reallly good! I havent really had a cravings for food lately... not hungry at all actually but then i get these moments where i am sooo hungry. So today went well just tired.. Dont really have much to say today ..... OOOo!! i forgot my aunt kelly and uncle gene are going to come over and help finish up our backyard over hang!! THaNKS u guys!! very thoughful Jesse and i love u guys :)

So on friday i went into surgery for my port. It was a mini surgery i was probably in there for about a hour. Jesse, Stephanie, and my aunt Sherry were there givin me a peace sign when they pushed me into the surgery room. I was really glad they were there to support me. soo..They made a little cut on my right side of my chest. They inserted the port and made it so it wouldnt move. The doctors said usually people pass out during the surgery cuz of the medicine but i was awake talkin to the surgen.. i dont really remember what all i said but they said i was a chatter box. haha So when i got out of surgery my sis had to leave cuz they said i was going to have to recover for 2-6 hours.. so my mom and dad came up and they were there when i got out of surgery. When we were waiting for my food to come.. the radiation doctor called and they needed to do a couple more things with my mask they made me. so i ended up leaving the recovery room within a hour. They didnt give me any medicine either.. they said that i would just be a little sore. BUT that was not true! So we finally left and i started to feel more and more sick...so when we got home we passed out and my grandma, my aunt tara and my brother and savanna stopped by. They brought me goodies and it was nice seeing them. Jesse called in so he could spend time with me and take care of me. So we slept till 11 the next day.. seriously. I took a perkacet (woops on spelling) and it made me sooo sick i layed on the couch all day and didnt move.. i would try to get up but i felt horrible!!! I felt worse then when i got my brian surgery. Then today fathers day i took a shower.. and felt a lot better. Jesse and i hung out at his dads house and just relaxed and prunned his trees and just had a very relaxing day. He got me a cute long skirt as well it was very thoughtful of him. Ohh and we also removed the gauze from my sore. That was kinda painful.. but we got it removed.. but the tape was still everywhere around it.. it seriously was as big as my hand the tape stuck on me. later on we went to my parents house and my sister helped me try to remove the tape. lemme tell ya it was soo painful. we put coconut oil on it to help.. NOPE then stephanie called andrew and he looked on the web and it said vasaline would help. so it probably took a good hour of my screaming and trying not to cry to get it off of me. Thank god for my sis and my momma being there trying to keep me strong to get that off cuz that hurt!

(This pic is when i had the tumor in my head its all gone now though :)) So today I picked up my med's seriously.. If i didnt have insurance it would have cost around $8,000 . for just a month of my meds.?!?! How freakin crazy is that? So this week i am gettin my port in my chest on friday. I have to get this done since they are puttin the gad-tec in me almost everyday and when they check my blood. They wouldnt be able to poke me that many times with a needle.. my arms would be black and blue.. So hmm... what else is new... my dogs got out again. my sister and i had to drive around my neighborhood and ask all my neighbors and finally we found them. ya.. Jeffery (my dog) tends to somehow someway find a way out every time. And bella the lil one just follows him. What else.. a couple days ago Sherry my aunt took me, my mom, sis, and nonna to the snoqualmie casino.. Lemme tell ya i needed that. She is such a big hearted women. And well tonight my grandma is spending the night. She brought me over wild rice.. which was pretty good and some watermelon. While she wasnt watching, i ordered pizza haha she just laughed it was yummy though. and now we are just watching so u think u can dance?! its good. i like that show its interesting.. its my grandma's favorite.

hey everyone so today is Tuesday. I went to the doc's yesterday to pick up my medicine. I will start my med's sunday night.. and then start my radiation monday. So since i decided to go with "gad-tec" I am getting a port inside me so they can inject the gad-tec inside me. I will get it everyday for 2 weeks and then after the two weeks i will get it 3 days a week. It will actually make me green literally. Gad-tec is a liquid that tends to attach itself to cancer/fast growing cells in our body. So when they do the radiation it acts as intencer to kill more cancer cells. So more about me being green.. Its such a dark liquid that it actually turns youre skin green.. your tears green, spit.. pee etc. Jesse's grandma said i will be her lil sweet pea... haha So I will be taking chemo every day basically and some medicine to make me not wanna throw up.. they say the mixture of chemo..radiation..and gadtec will make me feel kinda fatugue.. or sick to the tummy. But hey maybe it wont even phase me :) So i will be doing all this for 61/2 weeks and then i will get a break for a lil and then get another MRI and see how everything reacted to the treatment and go from there.

So I just wanted everyone to know I have just been relaxing the last couple days :) Luke graduated yesterday.. my lil brother is all grown up now. He started his new job today.. Im very proud of him. Also today my mom, kelly, kylie, grandma diane, dad, ashley k, travis, and Mike stopped by today. It was nice seeing all of them. I havent seen kelly and kylie for awhile.. same with keerstin :) We all got to hang out at graduation so we all got to catch up. Also yesterday My neighbors Tim and Annette got jesse and I a treadmill how nice was that? We saw it down the road at a yard sale.. but just never got it and they went down there and got it for us. Thank you! So now when i am doing my treatment and need to get some exercise I will be able to just go into the "work out room " in our house. My Grandma Diane got me some healthy food from trader joes, and Ashley and Travis brought over some cookies that travis' mom made.. yummmy!!We took the mutts on a walk today.. oh and they got into the garbage and bella some how got tangled in wire... ya they were a lil bad today haha

So I went to the doc today.. with jesse and my mom.It was at the university of washington. We got to find out a little more about what steps we have to take for the treatment. So they went over a few things again of what we can do. Also I got some pictures taken of me so when i do get radiation they can calculate where exactly the radiation will go. So they had me lay down on this weird bed that moved and took kinda like a X-ray. They said they were going to make a mask for me so when i get the treatment done..it will go into the right places. So they got this square peice of plactic that almost looked like mesh. they put it in warm water and layed it on my face. It felt weird they were pressing it around my eyes.. nose... etc. Then they did more technical things haha. But ya that was the jif of the appointment. Its been pretty draining going to non-stop appointments but ya gotta do whatcha gotta do. Just keep me in all your guys prayers :) to give me the strengh to do all this :) I appreciate everything everyone has done for me love ya guys :)

So we got the results back from the doctor about the tumor.Unfortanally the tumor was cancerious. They removed it all so thats a good thing, but I have to do treatment to make sure it doesnt come back. So we have gone to a few appointments to talk about what we can do. The kind of tumor i had is very rare for someone my age to get. Usually older people tend to get it. Its a kind of tumor that tends to grow back faster than normal tumors. So this is why we are gonna get started with radiation and chemo. I will be doing this for about 6 1/2 weeks. I will start around the end of this month. I think i will actually be going to the University of Washington for the treatment. So yep.. this is whats going on now. I feel wonderful though :) I dont have my headache's anymore and just been relaxing getting to hang out with my family and friends. So at home Jesse's been taking good care of me with my recovery from the surgery and getting ready for treatment. He has been making fresh juice for me, and I have been taking a multi-vitamin as well. I have had drinks made from carrot / spinish /wheat grass/apples/oranges/broccoli/ and celery. YUMMMY :) He's a good guy :) My family has been over almost every day helping me out as well. My mom has been cooking.. cleaning, and always keeping busy! My dad has been fixing things at my house that has been well over due to be done, hes been my handy man. He has fixed soo much!I also want to thank the MOSERS for raising money for jess and i.. And grandma Diane and Mike, we cant thank you enough for what you guys have done for us. Ashley k and Travis came over in the morning and I looked outside and they were weeding my yard! Stephanie and Luke have been over alot and have been helping out alot as well hanging out with me and just keeping me company. Jesse's dad Mike has been there alot for all of us as well. He has such a big heart that guy :) He got jesse and I a air conditioner. Oh my goodness lemme tell ya it helps out soo much in the house. He got this for us so when i am doing treatment i dont have to come home to a hot house. Thank you COSTCO for everyone, Thank you Kelly for coming over and keeping me company, Thank you !!!! If i didnt mention you dont think i forgot about ya i appreciate everything that EVERYONE has done!!! Jesse and I really appreciate everything .

Hey everyone so this is my first time doing a blog... So My sister figured it would be good since everyone has been wondering about whats been going on with me. Well about a month ago I started getting weird pressure headaches and figured it was just a head flu or something... So this went on for about 2 weeks.. so i finally went to the doc's. She thought it was kinda strange so she decided that it would be a good idea to get a MRI done. When they got the results back, I got a phone call that changed my life forever. My doctor told me that they found a large mass in my brian. This was on a sunday when I found out. The next day my mom and doctor were on the phone for hours trying to find a neurosurgen (sorry cant spell) that day. They finally found one and she was at sweedish medical in seattle. We met up with her that day and went over my MRI and decided i needed to have surgery ASAP. So they set the date. Thursday the 21st. I was going to get brain surgery. How out of no where someone who thinks they have a normal headache go from having to get surgery?? So the day of surgery we had to be there at 6AM. My surgery was sched. for 11:45. My family was all there waiting for it to be over with.. I remember getting pulled away to the operation room seeing Jesse, steph, and my mom just lookin at me.. I gave them the peace sign and then i was out. Next thing I remember is waking up and seeing my jesse adam, dad, mom and stephanie. I guess the medicine made me pretty chatty. So remember seeing alot of my family and friends coming and going. I was in ICU for about 2day and then in IC for the remaining day. The surgery went well, they removed all the tumor. The day i got to leave was saterday. the nurse had to remove 12 staples from my head that was holding the gauze on my head. That was painful!!!!! Then I got to go HOME!!!!!! Now we just had to wait to get the results on the tumor..... to see if the tumor is just a tumor or more...
